Training, salary, opportunities, and appraisals are very well managed. The pay is strictly linked with performance, which works very well for hard-working people and creates a challenging atmosphere.
The infrastructure lags some of the competitors, and there are too many internal processes, which makes it difficult for employees to get simple tasks done.
The internal processes should be simplified. There is too much confusion with multiple portals and no clarity for the employees.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
