A good place to work with a great brand.
Too much politics by supervisors. Even if you are performing well, they will simply keep you on PIP and fire you.
Guys, be aware. PIP is almost very common in Accenture, and management has taken it for granted.
No work-life balance. You have to work continuously on weekends too.
No job security at all until you are roaming and chit-chatting with your immediate supervisor.
Have a look at supervisors also. I appreciate a supervisor who can motivate their team, bring in new business, and share ideas. In my case, the supervisor's only aim is to keep people on a PIP once they are rolled off and then dismiss them.
It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
The interview was cancelled thrice because the panel was not available. Four HRs were in contact with me during this process. There was no clarity on who was scheduling the interview. This was a very bad process and bad communication.
The interview was held in three rounds: two technical and one HR. Everything went so cool. However, the offer was released two months after the interview completion. The interview was held virtually via video.
