Create a healthy atmosphere for employees to work. Recognize and reward high-performing employees, else you will lose them.

The interview was cancelled thrice because the panel was not available. Four HRs were in contact with me during this process. There was no clarity on who was scheduling the interview. This was a very bad process and bad communication.
