Don't track login and logout, but mostly you will end up working more hours.
Don't see many pros.
There is a lot of variable pay, and it's very hard to get 100% variable pay. Mostly, you will end up getting 50% of your variable pay.
Annual performance reviews are the worst in case you change projects.
Management is not friendly.
Create a healthy atmosphere for employees to work. Recognize and reward high-performing employees, else you will lose them.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
