Time constraint of 9.5 hrs - Management has come up with the latest magic stick of 9.5 hours and restricts a resource to work only for 9.5 hrs a day. However, the resource ends up working a minimum of 9.5 hrs. In cases when work demands, they have to stay back and work. The extended work, according to upper management, is not legitimate, while lower management says it's required and people have to stretch. So, due to this disconnect and improper management, resources are ending up in losses.
Poor facility - New facilities at Accenture are like cost centers. You can't even get normal facilities like a gym, TT, etc.
Due to the poor leadership of some in upper management, who are busy saving a few bucks, they are degrading the name of Accenture.
Don't dilute the Accenture brand name in the Indian market.

The interview was cancelled thrice because the panel was not available. Four HRs were in contact with me during this process. There was no clarity on who was scheduling the interview. This was a very bad process and bad communication.
