Accenture has many policies and processes put in place. Employees would have good exposure to processes and the industry.
Accenture has many processes in place which benefit the company rather than the employees. At the start, you would feel it's amazing, but slowly later on, you would realize the benefits are more towards the company.
Should be more organized in leave planning for employees. Also should have a 360-degree feedback to ensure everyone is equally rated.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
