The work culture is good, but the benefits part is bad
Good work culture, career growth, a lot of opportunities. It gives good value to old employees in case they want to join back.
Benefit settlements are the worst. Like EPF, which they have deducted from our salary.
I have been working with them to settle my EPF amount for 1.5 years. It is still not resolved.
Be careful with the deductions; they don't credit pension contributions as per government rules.
