Worst management in HYD location. Not good compensation for freshers. Lot of politics for feedbacks and promotions, as Hyderabad managers are really sick. Frequent push from HRs to relocate, as the number of projects in Hyderabad is less. Not so good projects at the Hyderabad location.
Managers at Hyderabad are so-called "professionals" with a lack of professionalism.
Employees should be recognized for their work, not based on relationships with managers or supervisors.
Accenture is a great company, but a few managers are really letting Accenture down in terms of professionalism and recognition.
