Hard work is always recognized, unless your manager is in micromanaging & witch hunting mode.
Lots of good, smart people around you to connect with and build a lifetime network.
Work-life balance will be challenging in some of the projects.
Not all projects are led by good managers.
Too many processes and procedures, but I guess they are required due to the scale of operations.
Hire the right people.
Do not compromise on quality because of quantity.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
