Opportunities to travel onsite, training, opportunities to work with smart people and different kinds of people – and you can choose who you work with.
- Low hikes.
- Hierarchical organization.
- You need to follow rules, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
However, given the complexity and risk involved in the technology projects, and the fact that the company has a brand that it needs to protect, I think the third one is justified.
So unless you are the type who wants to learn by experimenting and by making mistakes, it should be fine.
