- Good perks and facilities for new mothers and women.
- Growth opportunities are fewer, and for freshers, this might affect them very adversely.
- Depending on the project, but make sure as a fresher and young professional you get good coaching and mentoring.
Make managers and leads understand mentoring and how to train and coach freshers and young professionals to become better, without the fear of them growing out of the job.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
