Indian employees need to work more when compared with other global offices (discrimination is shown on this front).
Employees are forced to move to different locations in India (employees are given less freedom to choose from them).
Needs to make sure that they understand the employee pulse rather than going with their own rhythm.
Need to change the "do not care" attitude when an employee resigns from the organization and when they treat employees differently.
Understand the project pulse rather than just making a comment for namesake.

The interview was cancelled thrice because the panel was not available. Four HRs were in contact with me during this process. There was no clarity on who was scheduling the interview. This was a very bad process and bad communication.
