The management is still age-old in terms of monitoring & should give more space to the employees to explore themselves rather than being tracked every now & then.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
