The work environment is very good.
There is very good scope for employee reskilling.
Hikes can be a little better.
There is very good scope for employee reskilling. For practical exposure, they can make groups based on their skills and implement POCs.
This is what I feel is lacking during the skill improvement of employees.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
