Allows resources to onboard based on her favor only, not on skill. Whatever hard work is done in projects is wasted because she makes her own decisions in all matters. There is no recognition for work; only gossip plays a role. No re-hire can be done, even if we have skill.

The interview was cancelled thrice because the panel was not available. Four HRs were in contact with me during this process. There was no clarity on who was scheduling the interview. This was a very bad process and bad communication.
