Coding Test - It is an assigned coding test that needs to be submitted within a week. After that, there is one round of a technical interview with a technical team member. The interview process is good and smooth.

It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.

It is very tough and expectations are too high. At a minimum level, expectations are on architecture, integrations, build, etc. Also, expectations are on the PEGA admin side of things to manage the deployments through a CI/CD pipeline and advanced co
