Good management, new opportunities.
I cannot think of any cons.
The interview was good. For the experienced candidate, questions were based on previous work experience, projects, and their role. However, the interview wound up within 45 minutes. I gave answers to all questions nicely and still got rejected.
Good, there are only 2 rounds: resume shortlist and technical round. They will ask basic questions only, but we should know the syntax of every OOPs concept. They may ask to write code in front of them.
I got placed on campus, so there were no real questions. They just wanted to see if we were able to make conversation. It was a panel interview and lasted for 50 minutes. There were two rounds: * Aptitude * HR interview
