The process started with an initial call from the recruiter. I had applied for a Salesforce Full Stack Developer role without any prior experience in Salesforce. The profile got shortlisted, and I was asked to appear for a Microsoft Teams interview.

I had given an interview as a Node.js developer. It was pretty good. They mainly focused on JS fundamentals, how Node.js works, and a few system design questions. It went well, and I got an offer, which I accepted.

Long waits during the interview process and no response after being selected. Too many rounds and very complex, scenario-based questions were asked for the data engineer role. The HR round and negotiation were very difficult.
