Coming from a more open culture in Big 4, the change to Accenture did not sit well with me
Decent learning since I was working on projects without any breathing time.
Work pressure. Unprofessional leadership. Hierarchy is not flat, unlike the Big 4 environment. Do not release from tiring projects even if 9 people left the project team in the span of a year; no action was taken by the management. Resource constraints, made to work in more than one project despite resistance citing health and family work.
Please listen to employees. Clients are important, but so are employees. It is always a two-way road with the employees.
