Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Accenture. Excellent management and opportunities to grow in my career.
Also, the training to grow technically is excellent.
Work-life balance is difficult, as 10 hours of office work is eating into personal life.
Compensation was not up to the mark when I was there. I heard it has been improved now.
The HR department does not treat recruits properly during the recruitment process.
