Working with excellent, knowledgeable people is exciting and worthwhile. I am forever having to learn new ideas and concepts. It is very interesting working in teams of up to 250 people.
Having to pull together in such large teams can be frustrating and appear time-consuming. In order to perform effectively, it is essential to understand the mores of the environment.
