The senior management provide you with many options, such as work from home or flexible working hours.
You can choose what technology you want to work on. I have worked on manual and automation testing, development, and production support.
Changing technology may not be that easy.
Promotions, hikes, and other rewards are also competitive.
Although you have flexible working hours, it's at times you may be needed to work for 12-20 hours.
They don't provide the option to choose technology when joining as a fresher.
Should give a chance for freshers to choose the technology they want to work on. At least this option was not there in Chennai (India) when I joined Accenture.
