Workload is reasonable. Our leads won't recommend us to take overtime. Friendly environment.
Good facilities from the lobby, comfort rooms, pantry, to conference rooms. Still on a hybrid setup. Before, it was once a month RTO for us, but now we're slowly coming back to 2 days per week.
Salary is average. Other companies really offer higher for the position you have at ACN.
But people stay because of the work culture. It's really different at ACN. Many of my colleagues just come back after one or two years of experience outside.
