Long hours. People are required to do admin tasks or extras that were not compensated, thus impacting work-life balance.
Politics: Anyone can bring you up or down.
Benefits: Compensation was not as competitive as other firms. The Philippines always competes and aligns with India regarding compensation and benefits.
Observe work-life balance. Required working hours should revert back to 8 hours and not 9.
Compensation should be increased, as other companies are willing to present great compensation and benefits, which drives an employee to leave the firm.
