Pros

Above-average benefits (training, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, health and life insurance, among others).

Flexible schedule depending on the client.

Hybrid work setup depending on management and/or client.

You will learn a lot of skills here as a newbie.

Cons

Low to average salary for junior-mid resources (if you started here as an associate).

Most management teams, instead of promoting their top-performing employees, opt to hire more associates.

Skills assessment in CAMS (from my experience) was based on years, and not your actual experience from the project (quantity > quality). Even if you aced your interview detailing how you know a certain topic and how you applied it in your job, it is still up to the reviewer if you are eligible to be "promoted" to the next level.

Your roles in the project may change (mostly add up), and most of the time they are not consistent with your compensation.
