Good Opportunities and Benefits, but Decreasing Work-Life Balance
Good experience to learn new and existing technologies with very stable processes. Great health benefits. Can be assigned to multiple projects/opportunities. Maintains community clubs to join into.
(Very) little to no work-life balance. Room for growth also diminishes due to a very competitive environment and the size of projects. Training becomes very limited once inside the project due to commitments and targets. Lots of cost-cutting impacts the employees as a whole.
