Worst infrastructure. Worst management. Worst HR and resource coordination. Higher management not worrying about resources and their health. No work-life balance.
We need to focus on micromanagement. Employee satisfaction rates are very low compared to other service-based companies. Higher management treats their developers like slaves. I have seen this in other teams, and it applies to some teams only.
Management and HR should support their resources in emergency cases. Higher management should worry about their resource health in emergency cases, like COVID-19. I saw many resources called out to join the office by stating it was their call.
