Almost everything is good in Accenture.
The salary is less for old employees, somewhat less than market standards.
They give a good package to people who join after switching jobs.
They have lots of training material, but do not encourage employees to complete those trainings properly. Always keep employees busy in normal, day-to-day repetitive tasks.
