Accenture is a big brand name in India and has a very good reputation as a company.
Good training sessions on latest technologies. Good learning curve.
Senior management of the Gurgaon branch is very poor.
They don't listen to employees.
There's no respect for employees.
Poor work-life balance.
Change the senior management of the Gurgaon branch and make HR Reps more powerful and employee-friendly. Currently, HR Reps are working for senior management and not for all employees.
