In Accenture, there is no value for dedication in work. You need to have good relations with your team lead and associate manager. The people at management have no technical knowledge, and they will ask you about value addition and blah blah. If you are at an onsite location and any Indian Accenture manager is located there, your life is screwed. You can only learn how to bootlick. I know of an Accenture team lead in the UK who got converted into a client employee by the virtue of buttering. You cannot expect to rise in your career unless you know the skill of flattery. In short, a hopeless organization with no morals and ethics, and the management is not worth it. Keep away from this organization.
