My project mate was an architect who did not know how to use Git, could not write simple if statements, and his English skills were below B1.
I met many people at Accenture who had no clue about anything and they were carried on projects by others. I was a carrier on my project.
You can get stuck on a bad project very easily, and they do not really care if you are unhappy there.
Management only cares about hiring as many people as possible because that is how they get promoted.
Below average pay.
