Accenture has many standard practices that cater to the needs of agile, waterfall, ADL, and similar methodologies. It has also developed its own standard practices that help employees execute their duties in a way which creates a win-win situation for the client.

Accenture has so many official formalities, like training and other initiatives, which can keep you distracted. However, this is not a hindrance; you just have to manage. Salary is standard across posts, so this is not something we can influence.

Tasks are going to be challenging, and they will need your good discretion to treat priority and non-priority items so as to meet all the client's expectations.
