Best company I have ever worked for.
Although I've heard a lot about being offered better salaries elsewhere, growth opportunities are abundant, and resources to improve yourself professionally are even more so. The environment is friendly, although I've heard it varies by project. There is a good level of inclusion for women, LGBT, and minorities.
What I do sometimes think is wrong are the recruiters, given that I have encountered two instances where they hire personnel who have nothing to do with the position. I guess it balances out. Furthermore, they lack the initiative not to let their employees go. They have low turnover, but it is a struggle to find new people.
