They provide a great work environment and the company worries about employees' personal time. There are great opportunities to learn.
Accenture does not have many things that I can consider as cons. Probably some of them would be that people are not placed on the correct level.
Accenture has a feedback process that could not be as accurate as an employee would like. The person responsible for providing feedback is sometimes not someone who works directly with you, and the feedback depends on what each employee includes in the description.
