Pros

Work-life balance and a good starting point.

Cons

You have to be involved in so many "initiatives" to be considered for growth. So many people who lack technical knowledge are promoted because they are involved with useless things and lack understanding when it finally comes to work. You have senior developers who ask juniors for help because they only got the title of senior for being a pet of the higher-ups.

The salary is not competitive at all. I was offered 2-2.5x more at other places, and when I notified them, they said they couldn't match that at all.

Preferential treatment for female applicants to meet "gender quotas" to be more "inclusive".

Advice to Management

Reward base no job satisfaction. Always recognize good work instead of asking people to get into useless initiatives and give out shirts.
