Accenture is an employee-friendly company and has very good policies for employees. You will find very co-operative seniors, and HR management is also good. Overall, a good experience.
HR management is poor at the time of hiring. There is no co-ordination, random day calls, and no response for interview schedules. Bonus pay will be less; they will not provide 100% bonus to employees.
Management is cool. I just have one point to add: please let employees switch projects once they are not ready to continue on their current one. Let them grow and learn new things.
Initial Screening: This may involve a phone call with a recruiter or HR representative to discuss your background, skills, and career aspirations. They may also ask basic technical questions to gauge your knowledge. Technical Interview: You'll likel
Took full docs in the end before saying there was a missed round and the engineer in there just waited for a question I didn't know and then rejected. Pathetic experience.
The interview process was quick, but the result was not communicated properly. They asked basic concepts of coding for .NET, like MVC projects, related SQL, etc. Two rounds of interviews were conducted.
