Can't see too many pros except the processes they have, but retarded, useless HRs are not bothered about following them.
9.5 hrs of mandatory staying in office policy nowadays.
Bad salary structure, which they haven't changed since 2005-06.
Really bad management.
Crap work/projects.
Have never noticed a focus on technology in this company.
Get ready to see a downfall at IDC. Good luck retaining your top talent with your policies in place. Give a kick on the bum of your HRs; they are ruining the culture this MNC was known for in the past.

It consisted of 2-3 interviews along with a technical MCQ test, which was not very difficult. The process was quick; it took approximately 2-3 weeks for the whole process. Interviewers were friendly, and the test was average.
