Excellent work environment.
Opinions of any individual, no matter how senior or junior they are, are always taken into account.
No cons as such.
It's just that if you want a release from your current project to work in a domain of your interest, it gets really difficult to convince your supervisor to jump domains. But that, I believe, is with all companies.

Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was quick, but the result was not communicated properly. They asked basic concepts of coding for .NET, like MVC projects, related SQL, etc. Two rounds of interviews were conducted.

Took full docs in the end before saying there was a missed round and the engineer in there just waited for a question I didn't know and then rejected. Pathetic experience.
