Good learning experience and better salary.
Very little scope of growth and promotion, as it is never performance-oriented.
Full of politics.
No work-life balance, no work-from-home option. Only managers enjoy this; it's a joke for others.
Ten hours working and four to five hours of travel daily, so no scope for personal life.
Please focus on making the performance assessment process more based on individual performance. Also, introduce reverse feedback, as management takes advantage of their position, and benefits go to people they like.
HR is very weak and has no existence or power.
Appreciation and reward programs need attention, as people misuse them.
