Recently, I came across the worst hiring process of my life till date. I appeared for an online assessment and an interview on the same date. The process was quite normal. I got an email for shortlisting and uploading documents. After 3 days, I got

HR contacted and rescheduled twice, each time giving some kind of excuse. The team is this and that. If you guys are not sure, please don't schedule simply and waste others' time and efforts.

Worst experience. Asked for an interview twice, and the interviewer did not join the interview. HR also doesn't respond. Very bad process. A lot of HRs call for the same job, and even though they cannot maintain a proper schedule.
