The top leadership was really helpful and professional. They always had time for my queries and tried to help me in any way I could.

The people working there and the culture supported is not an issue.

Nothing very great, but nothing bad either. The people are nice, but having said that, there is not much centralized structure in place which is very transparent. It was very hard for me to learn more about the professional opportunities that were available for me. It was a hard time for me to even go cross-functional. It would be nice to get some structure in place.

It should be more cross-functional. As I mentioned above, it should have more structure.

There are no complaints from top management. They are willing to help as much as they can.
