No coordination between Recruitment, PMO, and Technical Team
Good salary, good for freshers, good for rest.
If you get a project related to your skills and according role, it is your luck. But if not, then PMO will only find words from your resume. If they match, then they align you with any type of project, maybe a deployment role or a scrum role. They will think developers are slaves, even if they are very junior. Senior technical managers and PMO both work safely. If an employee argues with them, they will harass them and put all the blame on the employee. I think top leaders are not aware of this.
