It all depends on the project you are in and the people you are dealing with.
But overall, the management flow is pretty transparent, and there is no hierarchy of power. You can address your concerns to anyone at any career level.
Work-life balance is good (although this may change depending on the kind of project). Salary hikes are good compared to other MNCs.
No cons as such. But yes, the formals are too boring!
