  2. Leads depend on the project. Some maintain professionalism, and some do not.
  3. Good work culture, except on some projects.
  4. Flexible working hours are available on some projects.
  5. Supportive leads are rare and depend on the project.
Cons
  1. Promotion is directly proportional to how much time you are in the company.
  2. If you have a good skill of impressing leads, nothing but getting hikes.
  3. Some leads support young stars to grow their knowledge, skills, and also work. But, some do not. They take credits but blame employees.
Advice to Management

Management needs to take care of employees who are micromanaged by leads and not getting enough support for skill development. Accenture provides many opportunities, but leads do not allow employees to pursue those opportunities. They are always focused on work.
