Work for state-side mobile developers at Accenture is drying up fast. If you live in Phoenix, you will probably travel 100% (no local mobile opportunities). Bonuses are based on reviews and changeability. The review process is horrible. On the bench a lot means not many bonuses.
Stop hiring talented mobile developers if you have no work for them.
