Good company, but bad project management
I have been working with this organization for the last more than 6 years and completed 9 months of work assignment in Italy. The place is good for college pass-outs. The environment is friendly, but professional growth strictly depends upon the project. (This company has more than 80,000 employees in India only.)
Project management is bad, which ultimately impacts employee growth overall. However, if one is lucky enough to get onto a good project, then learning and professional growth is good.
Be more proactive to address the issue of employees.
