I like the diversity of talent I get to work with as a contractor for Accenture. I learn a lot and contribute a lot.
Contracting often places you in a "2nd class citizen" position, where you don't get the communication and resources you need to do your job.
I have found Accenture's management to be very competent. They also have a fantastic training process that keeps your skills sharp for your job.
