• Opportunities to learn new skills and work with the latest and innovative technologies, depending on which project you're working on.
• Two major promotion windows per year, but you can't be promoted twice in a row.
• It's beginning to fall into the same 'woke' BS as most major tech companies. One thing is to respect people. Another thing is not telling the truth because people might become offended. This has to stop.
• If you live in a region where companies pay less, the chances are you won't be paid as much as employees from other regions, even if you are all in the same country.
Stand for truth and for what is right, not for 'wokeness' or other leftist BS.
