It's a manager's company, so a project manager you never worked with can ignore the technical team's feedback and submit their own feedback just to fill the numbers, and all your hard work is going to be wasted.
Stop being the managers' company.
Stop trying to save every penny, including required hardware upgrades.
Stop favoring the locals (Latvians, in my case) over the international, more talented people.
