Great job for someone coming straight out of college, but after 2 years or so, you're going to find yourself wanting more and you just won't get much more out of here.
You may have a different experience with Accenture LLP vs. AFS, but I've worked for both (San Antonio AFS and Austin LLP). I would say most of my points are still valid, except on LLP, you really don't jump from project to project often, if ever.
Legacy technology and government projects offer not that many opportunities to excel in roles across projects. The promotional 'ladder' and process are extremely confusing. You'll be moving desks often. The pay is horrendous compared to market value for developer positions. If you're looking at the San Antonio Delivery Center, stop and look at Austin Accenture LLP or other LLP locations elsewhere first. You'll get better pay there and generally a better experience.
The company is just limited on what they can do based on the type of work/projects given to them. Honestly, it's just not the same as working directly for a company that might care more about you as opposed to 'consulting,' a.k.a. outsourced work.
