Pros
  1. They have good infrastructure.
Cons
  1. One of the worst organizations, which doesn't have proper management.
  2. I got my offer letter after 3 months of clearing all my interview rounds. So, once you clear an Accenture interview, try to look for other opportunities.
  3. After joining, they play with employees and don't care about their skill sets. They forcibly allocate you to any project without matching your skill set. If you reject the project, that impacts your appraisal.
  4. Once you join the project, you have to beg your charge code (timesheet) every week from your manager. This is a serious issue in this organization. Managers will ask you to fill a training code even if you are working for the client.
  5. Here, your manager is your HR and everything. So, you can't discuss your issues with anyone else.
  6. Every year, Accenture fires at least 5% of its employees; they even did this during COVID time.
  7. There is no job security here compared to other MNCs like TCS, Infosys, etc.
